Jersey Reds

Jersey Reds is the only professional sports club in the Channel Islands. They compete in the RFU Championship, English rugby’s second tier. Jersey Reds were looking for a digital ticketing system that could accommodate all the areas they needed which included:

• Season tickets.
• Match tickets.
• Hospitality for their games.

As a forward looking team they also utilised functionality within their Future Ticketing dashboard which allowed them to set up additional individual events away from regular matches. This is managed via Future Ticketing’s best in class open REST API.

In 2022, Jersey Reds further invested in the software available to them through Future Ticketing by installing integrated turnstiles for a smoother entry to their games.
