FT Rewards allows you to recognise loyalty in ways that actually matter to fans. Instead of one-size-fits-all rewards, the system is designed to support different loyalty strategies.

Points can be automatically or manually awarded to

  • Ticket Purchasers
  • Ticket holders
  • Or awarded once the tickets are scanned

Loyalty points can be used to unlock exclusive benefits, such as priority access to future events, ensuring your most committed fans are always rewarded first. Our points system was used for FIFA World Cup ticket access, where fans earned points across multiple matches and higher-ranked fans had the best chance to secure tickets at favourable prices. When demand exceeded supply for a specific match or category, ticket allocation was based on ranking.

FT Rewards is designed to fit seamlessly into existing workflows, giving organisers full control over how and when loyalty is recognised, including general sales or tiered access as needed.
