Crusaders FC has reaffirmed its commitment to innovation and digital transformation by extending its long-term partnership with leading ticketing provider Future Ticketing.
Since first teaming up in 2020, the North Belfast club has embraced a fully cashless model at Seaview Stadium, implementing Clover EPOS systems, RFID smart card technology, and a bespoke Ticket Store app. These tools now allow supporters to purchase match tickets, food, and beverages seamlessly, all within one digital platform.
The collaboration has empowered Crusaders to expand its operations beyond football, streamlining ticketing for hospitality, corporate events, and live entertainment. Future Ticketing has played a pivotal role in this evolution, providing the infrastructure and expertise to modernise the club’s systems and meet the needs of today’s supporters.
Crusaders General Manager Bernard Thompson said:
