Future Ticketing is announcing a multi-year partnership with Salisbury Racecourse.
Horse racing’s premier ticketing software and solutions provider, Future Ticketing, first partnered with Salisbury Racecourse in 2021, and the relationship has gone from strength to strength since then.
Future Ticketing’s commitment to the ongoing development of its API-first ticketing technology has empowered Salisbury to serve its punters better on race days, with annual badge memberships and with the delivery of hospitality packages. Future Ticketing has been at the forefront of the transition to online purchasing, and the digital transformation of admission to racecourses has been at the core of the company’s drive.
Salisbury Racecourse said the continued collaboration marks a significant step in enhancing the racecourse’s ticketing operations and customer experience. Salisbury Racecourse first implemented the Future Ticketing platform for its 2021 Fireworks event, and it quickly became evident to the racecourse that the system was not only efficient but also incredibly user-friendly. Following the seamless experience of that event, Salisbury Racecourse decided to utilise Future Ticketing as its primary ticketing provider moving forward.
With extensive support from Future Ticketing, Salisbury Racecourse successfully launched its new website in 2022 using the fully customised Future Ticketing platform and since then, the racecourse has expanded its range of online offerings. Salisbury said the digital transformation has significantly improved operational efficiency while greatly enhancing the customer experience.
