Flexibility of Future Ticketing platform key to growth
Future Ticketing, the premier provider of ticketing software and services, has extended its partnership with Wicklow GAA. Future Ticketing first teamed up with Wicklow GAA in 2023 and the company said the extension of the relationship is a vote of confidence in the service it has given since the county embraced its innovative online ticketing model. Our very own Martin O’Brien was in action, representing Annacurra in the football campaign and Carnew Emmets in the hurling championship. Competing in both codes at such a high level takes exceptional commitment, discipline, and an understanding of what clubs and counties need to succeed.

Future Ticketing has partnered with GAA County Boards all over the country with counties in all four provinces opting for its user-friendly platform and the secure, GDPR-compliant storage of customer data.
County Boards have acknowledged that members of the Future Ticketing support team are themselves immersed in the GAA and continue to be active in Gaelic games in their local communities.

For the supporter booking a match ticket, there is a simple four-step customer journey with no log-in required. For County Board administrators, the workload is reduced, efficiencies are enhanced and there is instant access to revenue and sales data.
Mr Burns added: “The reach of the Future Ticketing platform extends far beyond tickets with counties using the technology for fundraising and off-field events such as draws for cars in both Wicklow and Kerry GAA, with the Kingdom also running a raffle for an energy-saving home retrofit.”
