Jersey Reds is the only professional sports club in the Channel Islands. They compete in the RFU Championship, English rugby’s second tier.
Jersey Reds were looking for a digital ticketing system that could accommodate all the areas they needed which included:
As a forward looking team they also utilised functionality within their Future Ticketing dashboard allowing them to set up additional individual events away from regular matches. This is managed via Future Ticketing’s best in class open REST API.
During Covid they also took advantage of added developments including using scanners for temperature checks and bespoke socially distanced seating plans in both the stadium and for hospitality to create a safe environment for players, staff and fans.
