Shelbourne Football Club

Shelbourne FC is one of the leading Irish professional football clubs. Founded in 1985, the club is an institution in Dublin. Shelbourne FC came on board with Future Ticketing in 2019 on the back of their promotion to top-flight League of Ireland football.

They needed a ticketing system to accommodate the needs of a premier division club.

Future Ticketing implemented several new developments for them including:

• Creating an online sales platform that allowed the club to sell specific tickets in specific stands and areas of their round.
• Capacity management.
• Locking tickets to specific turnstiles for entrance via our access control functionality.
• Enhanced gathering of customer data throughout the season, allowing analysis of their fanbase and informing future marketing and fan engagement activity.
• A bespoke membership page for Season Ticket holders with benefits such as the ability to purchase additional tickets throughout the season.
• The ability to scan season tickets and capture ‘real-time’ attendance information data.

We continue to work closely with Shelbourne FC on meeting their needs with new developments within the Future Ticketing system.
